What happens to your data
- Deleted: profile details, saved addresses, cart, wishlist, reviews, notifications and marketing preferences.
- Kept for a limited time: order and invoice records that tax and accounting law requires us to retain. These are detached from your account wherever possible.
- Timeline: requests are processed within 30 days, and you get a confirmation email.
Prefer to do it in the app? Open the Krriva Android app, go to Account and choose Delete account. You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will process it for you.
